SHOCKING! ! 3 Celebrities From Anambra State Who Didn't Attend Obi Cubana's Mom's Burial Ceremony
July. 19, 2021
Obi Iyiegbu (AKA Obi Cubana), a Nigerian socialite and clubhouse owner, buried his late mother on July 16, 2021 at Oba Village in Anambra state, and all I can say is that it was a remarkable funeral service. Many cows were slaughtered, millions of naira were sprayed, and many people were made happy.
Many well- known Nigerians in the entertainment business attended the event, including those of Anambra heritage as well as those who are not. All of these individuals gathered in Oba Village to assist Obi Cubana in the burial of his mother, who died at the age of 79. Alexx Ekubo, Kanayo, Cubana Chief Priest, D' banj, Zubby Michael and others were among the celebrities who attended the event.
Following the events at Oba during the burial service, we may have assumed that practically everyone from the Nigerian entertainment business was present; however, this assumption is incorrect because not everyone was present. The truth is that not everyone is expected to attend, or should I say " could" attend, for some of them who stayed behind may have wanted to travel to Oba but were unable to due to personal circumstances.
This article is merely an information report; it does not purport to explain why certain persons were unable to attend the event.
Yomi Casual, for example, sent Obi Cubana a cow but did not attend the occasion, although his close friend Alex Ekubo did.
However, three brothers from Anambra state were unable to attend the celebration; we shall cover them briefly below.
He is the older brother of Peter and Paul Okoye, who are well- known vocalists (AKA P- Square, now defunct). A visit to his instagram page revealed that he never mentioned the celebration on his page, nor did he publicly address Obi Cubana about it.
We believe he may have sent the clubhouse owner a private message, but one thing is certain: he did not attend the party. He and his wife just celebrated their seventh wedding anniversary, which could be one of the reasons he chose to stay behind and prepare for his wedding anniversary.
After their music group " P- Square" disbanded a few years ago, he changed his stage name to Mr P. He is Paul Okoye' s twin brother, and like his older brother, Jude, he did not post anything on his social media profile about Obi Cubana' s mother' s life celebration.
He was also not seen in a video footage attending a burial service in Anambra state. He, his wife, and their children had visited his father' s cemetery site the day before.
He is the twin brother of Peter Okoye and the younger brother of Jude Okoye. Unlike his brothers, Paul posted about Obi Cubana' s mother on his social media page on Instagram, but he did not attend the event.
These 3 brothers may have personal reasons for not attending the event and there is absolutely no crime with their choice of action.
